Aluminum-bearing dross passes through controlled processing so its recoverable metal fraction can re-enter production.
Classified feedstock is processed in modern melting furnaces. Samples taken before pouring are checked by spectrometer and the molten metal chemistry is adjusted to requested alloy values.
Once chemical analysis is complete, molten aluminum is poured as 10 kg ingots and 280 kg, 720 kg or 900 kg industrial ingots, then cooled and prepared for dispatch.
We take aluminum through controlled recovery, returning it to industry as analyzed and standardized raw material.
